Best described as a marine trade facility, Robbie’s Marina Village, now under development, consists of 15 leasable parcels, each approximately 8,000 square feet in size. The fully excavated parcels have been covered with gravel and come with a mobile office building, a covered work space, water, electric and parking. Each premise is fenced and landscaped and offers an open market for cross utilization of vendors services and customer development.
